In order to support the distribution of anti-Covid19 vaccines in countries with limited economic resources on the one hand, and to promote the acceptance of the vaccine campaign within its staff on the other, Cotonificio Olcese Ferrari contributes actively to the fund-raising promoted by the Brescian branches of Confindustria (Federation of Italian Employers), CGIL, CISL and UIL (Italian labour unions).

From 1st September until 31st December, for each employee providing a valid EU COVID Certificate, the company will donate the sum of 20 euro to the organization Medicus Mundi Italia and will guarantee to them an extra paid leave of 1 hour to assist the family members who will undertake the vaccine process. 

Furthermore, on a voluntary basis, every employee will have the possibility to allocate 1 hour of his/her salary and/or up to 8 hours of his/her paid vacations/leaves to the same fund. In the first case, the company will donate an equivalent contribution at its own expenses; in the second case, a sum equal to 150% of the value.
